British Weight Lifting is entering an exciting new phase. With our four?year strategy Find Your Strong launching in May 2026, we’re strengthening the foundations that will support the sport through the LA 2028 cycle and beyond. As part of this work, we’re undertaking a commercial reset to diversify revenue, improve digital performance and build long?term financial resilience.

Invitation to Tender: Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising Services

To support this next step, we’re inviting experienced digital marketing partners to tender for the provision of digital marketing and paid advertising services. This opportunity will play a key role in helping us grow our education portfolio, strengthen our digital presence and reach new audiences across the UK.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a partner who can help us:

  • Increase brand awareness
  • Generate sales
  • Drive website traffic and conversions
  • Improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Strengthen our digital footprint across key platforms

While paid advertising for our education products will be the primary focus, we’re looking for a holistic approach that also supports our organic social media and email marketing activity.

Scope of work

The successful supplier will be responsible for recommending, creating and managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels

This includes:

  • Budget allocation and management
  • Scaling campaigns efficiently
  • Keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting
  • Ad copywriting and creative recommendations
  • A/B testing and optimisation
  • Conversion tracking and attribution setup
  • Monthly reporting and KPI tracking
  • Insights and actionable recommendations
  • Provision of dashboards or reporting tools

Supplier requirements

We’re looking for suppliers who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within sport or education
  • A track record of delivering measurable results
  • Relevant case studies
  • Strong platform expertise aligned with our audience
  • Clear communication and reporting capability
  • Confidence engaging at senior leadership level

Submission requirements

All submissions must include:

  • An overview of your organisation and relevant experience
  • Your proposed approach to auditing, onboarding and managing our accounts
  • At least 2–3 case studies with measurable outcomes
  • Details of your project team and lead consultant
  • A proposed timeline from contract sign to campaign launch
  • A detailed cost breakdown or fee structure

Timeline

  • ITT Issue Date: 10 July 2026
  • Submission Deadline: 7 August 2026
  • Interviews (if required): w/c 17 or w/c 24 August 2026
  • Appointment: 31 August 2026
