BWL are proud to introduce the Regional Open 2025, two open competitions for Senior and Age Group lifters. We've split our previous British Open into these two Regional Open competitions to give lifters more opportunities to compete and more chances to post a total under the new weight classes.

Upcoming Events:

Trophies will be awarded to the top Sinclair lifter of each gender, with one trophy going to the best performer from the lightest four weight categories and one to the best performer from the heaviest four weight categories.
