Our Regional Open competitions will bring together lifters of all ages and experience levels across three events in 2026.

From U10 athletes through to Masters 80+, these competitions give lifters the chance to step onto the platform, compete and perform.

At each event, three Best Lifter trophies per gender will be awarded:

• Youth (U10–U17)
• Seniors
• Masters (35+)

Winners will be determined using the new GAMX formula, with GAMX-U and GAMX-M used for youth and masters calculations.

Overall series winners

At the end of the series, overall champions for each gender will be crowned from the category winners across all three events.

Final rankings will be calculated using GAMX and shared across the British Weight Lifting website and social channels.
