SBD Endure 5mm Knee Sleeves may be obtained as part of the First Lift Membership package or purchased separately.

First Lift Membership

First Lift Membership is not available to individuals who already hold an active British Weight Lifting membership.

As part of the First Lift Membership package, customers will receive one pair of SBD Endure 5mm Knee Sleeves (RRP £69.99) at no additional cost, subject to availability and with free delivery.

Customers will also become official members of British Weight Lifting for six months and will be eligible to participate in British Weight Lifting Tier 3 events during the membership period, subject to the applicable competition entry requirements.

Customers purchasing the First Lift Membership will be asked to select their preferred knee sleeve size during the checkout process.

If a selected knee sleeve size is unavailable, British Weight Lifting will contact the customer to discuss alternative options.

Knee Sleeve Eligibility and Purchase Conditions

Customers may purchase SBD Endure 5mm Knee Sleeves separately through British Weight Lifting's online store.

No membership benefits, competition eligibility, or membership-related services are included with standalone knee sleeve purchases unless a valid British Weight Lifting membership is also purchased.

Purchases of SBD Endure 5mm Knee Sleeves are subject to product availability and the pricing displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is available only to the billing address associated with the account or profile used to place the order.

Knee sleeves will be dispatched within 5–7 working days following purchase, using  Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 hours delivery.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

If your order has not arrived within 14 calendar days of purchase, please contact us at enquiries@britishweightlifting.org and we will investigate further.

Returns and Exchanges of Knee Sleeves

Customers may return or exchange knee sleeves within 30 days of receiving their order.

Knee sleeves may be exchanged for an alternative size provided they are returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods.

Refunds will only be issued for items returned within the 30-day return period and which meet the return conditions set out below.

Customers requesting an exchange may be required to pay the applicable postage and packaging costs for dispatch of the replacement item.

Returned items must be in a resaleable condition and show no signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess size and fit. Items may be tried on for sizing purposes but must not be used during training, competition, or workouts.

Where reasonably possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

British Weight Lifting is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked or insured postal service.

Membership Purchases and Refunds

Where knee sleeves are supplied as part of a First Lift Membership purchase, any cancellation, refund, or termination of membership will be subject to the applicable British Weight Lifting membership terms and cancellation policy.

Where a membership refund is granted, British Weight Lifting reserves the right to deduct the value of any knee sleeves supplied and not returned, or which cannot be returned in accordance with the returns conditions set out above.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects a customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
