Whether you're completely new to weightlifting or looking to build a stronger foundation, our self paced Introduction to Weightlifting online course is designed to help you start with confidence.
Discover the history and benefits of Olympic weightlifting, learn the fundamentals of the snatch, clean and jerk, and build a personalised training programme that fits your goals and lifestyle. Along the way, you'll gain practical knowledge, develop key movement skills and access a library of 50 exercises to support your progress.
Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities, this course is your first step towards finding your strong.

Want some practical advice to improve your squat? Tips and tricks to refine your clean? Our practical workshops deliver eyes-on coaching, expert insight, and a six-week programme to help you train with confidence.
Our Weightlifitng Workshop if perfect for you if you want to improve your technique in the snatch and clean and jerk. Across the 4-hour practical session a BWL educator will assess and analyse your lifts, giving you the perfect cues and guidance to help you improve.
