The British Weight Lifting BARS system is the online hub for our sport and it’s the place where you can access all of our recent results and rankings information.

Virtual Competitions

Results recorded in virtual weightlifting competitions are eligible for rankings and event qualification, but not records. This is to provide a meaningful competitive experience while maintaining the integrity of the British standards.
