2019 Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation Rankings

The Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation have released the 2019 Commonwealth rankings and Commonwealth records as of 16 July.

The rankings include a number of British female and male lifters highlighting the growth of Weightlifting across the UK.

The updated records include:

Zoe Smith Clean & Jerk- 128kg (Batumi)

71kg 

Emily Muskett (Godley)- 123kg (Batumi)
