British Weight Lifting are looking to appoint a Workforce Development Officer

Location: BWL Head Office, Leeds

Main purpose of the Job:

To implement the operational delivery of the BWL strategy, within an agreed area, with a focus on the promotion and selling of educational products and services to meet revenue targets.
The role requires both a commercial and customer focused approach to deliver against targets, increase attendance and develop high quality relationships with BWL Satellite Centres and host venues.
To ensure a high-quality learning offer by maintaining and developing the e-learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase awareness and participation of the BWL Education and Workforce offer
Build, increase and improve the current course locations and availability through partnerships with new and existing Satellite Centres
Promote BWL accredited education courses and increase the number of qualified coaches and instructors operating across the UK
Maintain and develop the BWL E-learning platform through content creation and maintaining current up to date content at all times
Implement operational plans to maximise revenue generation and meet annual targets.
Maximise data collection with customers and partners through accurate reporting and effective use of BWL systems
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of plans and track progress against KPIs through thorough evaluation and reporting
Maintain an up to date understanding of partners and their needs and embed customer insight into delivery across all partners
Act as a first point of contact for BWL within an agreed area
Maintain a high-level awareness of the industry, market trends, associated organisations, products and services to facilitate the delivery of the BWL strategy
Assist with club and workforce support/development through calls and contacts
General other tasks as and when required
