England Team Announcement: European Championships 2026

British Weight Lifting (BWL) is pleased to confirm the athletes selected to represent England at the 2026 European Championships, taking place in Batumi, Georgia, from 19–26 April.

The Championships represent a key qualification event as part of the 2026 Commonwealth Games pathway and will see Team England athletes competing across a wide range of women’s and men’s weight categories, reflecting the depth and strength of talent within the England programme.

Ahead of the competition, the team will be coming together at the GB pathway trials at Nottingham University on the 7 March 2026.
