Para Powerlifting Grand Prix Standings After Round One

Round one of the Para Powerlifting Grand Prix is complete, with athletes earning their first points of the 2026/27 season at the Para Powerlifting Open.

Built into the existing competition calendar, the Grand Prix creates a season-long journey for athletes. Competitors earn points across four national events, with overall Grand Prix champions crowned at the British Championships in 2027.

The format rewards consistency throughout the season. Athletes can continue to build points at every event, even if they're unable to attend all four competitions.

With three rounds still to come, the leaderboard is far from settled. The next opportunity to earn valuable Grand Prix points will be at the England Championships in December, where athletes will continue their pursuit of the inaugural Para Powerlifting Grand Prix title.
