Paralympic silver medallist Ali Jawad will be competing in the men’s 59kg category after moving back up to the category at the recent World Para Powerlifting World Cup in Manchester. Ali is looking to qualify for his fourth Paralympics after enduring a challenging few years living with career-threatening illness Crohn’s disease.
