Media Accreditation British Age Groups

British Weight Lifting welcomes members of the media to apply for accreditation, to attend and cover national and UK based International events.

There is still to apply for media accreditation to attend the British Age Groups taking place at Oldbury Academy 5 October. 

The British Age Group Weightlifting Championships is a Tier 1 competition, meaning it's the highest level of competition in Britain for lifters aged up to 23.

Taking place at the Oldbury Academy in Birmingham on 5 October, the championships will see the next wave of competitive weightlifters burst onto the national scene, pushing themselves to top the podium.

Featuring four age groups in 2019, this championship event is open to all members of British Weight Lifting who have qualified in their respective age group and bodyweight category, and the the results from the competition can be used for qualification to any weightlifting competition in the country, including the 2019 England Weightlifting Championships.
