Grant opportunity for clubs: Cash4Clubs 2025

Community sports organisations now have the chance to secure a £2,000 grant to support adults to get active, thanks to the return of Cash4Clubs.

Grant opportunity for clubs: Cash4Clubs 2025

Delivered in partnership between Sported and Flutter UK & Ireland, this small grants programme is designed to help community clubs and groups who deliver sport and physical activity for over-18s only.

Cash4Clubs aims to get vital funds to clubs that need it most and as such, prioritises groups working in areas of high deprivation and engaging adults from specific under-represented groups. These groups include women, people from racially-diverse communities, people with disabilities and people from the LGBTQ+ community.

Flexible, Unrestricted Funding

Cash4Clubs funding is unrestricted – meaning organisations can choose how best to use the grant to benefit their members and community. Whether that’s:

  • Improving facilities
  • Venue hire
  • Utilities such as heating or lighting
  • Equipment
  • Coaching costs
  • Volunteer expenses
  • Kit
  • Marketing and communications
  • Training and qualifications
  • Insurances and affiliations
  • Funding coaching qualifications
  • Investing in the sustainability of their club

The decision is in the hands of the clubs themselves, giving them the freedom to make the greatest impact where it matters most.

Who Can Apply?

Cash4Clubs is funded by Flutter UK & Ireland, part of Flutter Entertainment, the global sports betting, gaming and entertainment provider. For this reason, groups must only support adult members (18+) to be eligible for funding. You cannot apply if your organisation or club has junior members or runs any junior activities.
