England Championships: Quota places

British Weight Lifting (BWL) is pleased to announce the return of the England Weightlifting Championships on 7 and 8 December.

The competition will follow last year’s successful format, with Masters, Seniors, and Para athletes all competing.

As in 2023, the England Masters Championships will once again be held at NEC Birmingham as part of FitFest 2024, adding a fantastic festival atmosphere to the event.

Quota places for the Championships are as follows:

• Seniors: 200 places
• Masters: 100 places

Senior invitations will be sent between 7 and 11 October, while Masters entries will open on 7 October at 9 am, with a first-come, first-served process. Para entry details will be announced shortly.
