England Championships 2023 to be held at FitFest

British Weight Lifting (BWL) is pleased to reveal that the England Weightlifting Championships will be staged at NEC Birmingham as part of FitFest 2023 which is being held between 9 - 10 December.

The competition will be open to senior and para powerlifting athletes and will follow the same qualification process as the British Championships, with athletes invited to compete based on national rankings. More details on the qualification process and qualification window will be released in August.

By teaming up with the FitFest event, lifters and spectators will be part of a festival of fitness that will bring together fitness enthusiasts from across the country. Over 5000 athletes will take part in separate competitions over the weekend including the ATHX Fitness Games, SiD CrossFit Triple threat event, the British Indoor Rowing Championships and the England Weightlifting Championships.
