Voting Set to Close for The BWL Annual Achievement Awards

Voting for the British Weight Lifting Annual Achievement Awards is set to close at midnight tomorrow- 15 February.

The awards aim to recognise the outstanding contributions and efforts from the Olympic Weightlifting and Para Powerlifting community in the United Kingdom.

BWL members can vote by clicking here and entering their BWL membership number, this needs to be completed before the deadline in order to count.

Anyone who becomes a member before the deadline will also be eligible to vote.

The ten awards cover the 2018 calendar year and are listed below:

• Sportscover Weightlifter of the Year

 

• Sportscover Para-Powerlifter of the Year

 

• Young Lifter of the Year

 

• Masters Lifter of the Year

 

• Performance Coach of the Year

 

• Community Coach of the Year

 

• Technical Official of the Year

 

• Club of the Year 

 

• Unsung Hero of the Year

 

• Outstanding Contribution Award
