Para Powerlifting Talent / Taster ID Day

In partnership with Dwarf Sports Association UK, Cerebral Palsy Sport, LimbPower and WheelPower British Weight Lifting will be hosting a Talent/Taster ID Day on July 21st at The Powerbase Gym, Loughborough University.

There will be opportunities to try Para Powerlifting under the guidance of The British Weight Lifting performance team and learn how to get into the sport. Information will also be available on training, competitions, classification and eligibility. 

There will also be an opportunity to learn about the benefits of strength of training for general health and other sports performance.
