New Chair of Weightlifting Wales

BWL are delighted to congratulate Darren Rogers who has been appointed as the new Chair of Weightlifting Wales.

Darren is a very well-known and respected member of Weightlifting Wales and British Weight Lifting.  He is a Category 1 IWF Referee, who has been present at nearly all WW and BWL events for many years as a volunteer.  Darren has had an exceptional impact in the Weightlifting world, within and beyond Wales and the UK. In other volunteer roles, Darren has played an important part in driving forward the work of a local charity based in Wales as a proactive Chairperson.
