Lockdown Lift Off Round 5 Snatch and C&J + Club Prize

Round 5 of Lockdown Lift Off will be the final round of the competition during the summer season and will return to it’s roots in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk lifts.

Lockdown Lift Off Round 5 Snatch and C&J + Club Prize

This round of the competition will require lifters to submit a single attempt at each lift, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, along with a weigh in video.  The lifter in each bodyweight category and age group with the highest Sinclair score will win!

Round 5 of Lockdown Lift Off will also act as a free test-competition for BWL members before the Virtual Regional Open Series begins in September.

New club prize

New for Round 5 of Lockdown Lift is a club prize; the BWL affiliated club with the highest total Sinclair/SMF points will receive a PulseRoll foam roller in the post from BWL!  Lifters simply need to type in the name of the club they are representing when they enter their Lockdown Lift Off submission and we’ll do the rest by adding up the final scores.
