IWF World Youth Competition Cancelled

The IWF have announced the cancellation of the IWF Youth World Championships due to be held in November 2020 in Peru, due to the ongoing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, to provide a competition opportunity to the youth weightlifters, an online event called the IWF Youth World Cup will be organised by the International Weightlifting Federation.

Further information and details on the regulations and date of the event will be communicated by IWF soon.
