Introducing the Team for the 2023 Tbilisi World Cup

The Para Powerlifting Tbilisi World Cup is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to announce the team that will represent our country at this competition! The athletes have been training hard and are ready to showcase their skills on the world stage.

Introducing the Team for the 2023 Tbilisi World Cup

The competition takes place between 29 April and 1 May in Tbilisi, Georgia. Four athletes will be representing Team GB.

These Para Powerlifters have been selected based on their outstanding performances and ability to defend or attain top 8 Paris qualification rankings. They have shown  great commitment and dedication to become eligible for selection. The team will be supported by coaches Tom Whittaker and Ben Richens.

The Para Powerlifting Tbilisi World Cup is an exciting event that brings together some of the best Para Powerlifters from around the world. This year's competition promises to be even more thrilling, as athletes push themselves to achieve new personal bests and set new records within the Paris qualification window.

Our team has been preparing for this event for months, working closely with coaching staff and athlete support personnel to ensure that they are in peak condition. We know that they will make us proud, and we can't wait to see them in action.

We wish Lottie, Olivia, Rebecca and Mattie the best of luck in training and competition, and we are excited to see them compete at the highest level.
