Ellie Pryor Secures Sixth Place

Welsh weightlifter Ellie Pryor finished sixth competing for Team GB at the Youth Olympics currently taking place in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The 17-year-old from Aberdare lifted 61kg in the snatch and 81kg in the clean and jerk for a combined total of 142kg.

Ellie is coached by former Welsh Commonwealth Games gold medallist and double Olympian Michaela Breeze.
