Commonwealth Championships team Wales announcement 2023

British Weight Lifting (BWL) is pleased to announce a team of eight athletes who will represent Wales at the Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation (CWF) Commonwealth Championships, which takes place between 11-16 July in Delhi, India.

The team is as follows:

• W55 Nicole Roberts
• W56 Charlotte Whalley
• W81 Emma McCready
• W87 Niamh Collins
• W87+ Leah Clarke
• M73 Michael Farmer
• M73 Cian Green
• M96 Harry Nelms

The athletes will be supported by coaches Ania Negele, Christie-Marie Williams and Simon Roach over the course of the event.
