Clean Sport and Equality E-Learning Courses Launched

 British Weight Lifting are pleased to announce the launch of two new e-learning Courses.

Launching today is the Lift Clean Awareness Course and The Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Awareness Course.

The Lift Clean course has been designed to train and test your knowledge as well as support your understanding of Anti-Doping. Topics include rule violations, doping control, athletes’ rights and responsibilities and coaches rights and responsibilities. The course takes approximately 1 hour to complete, and all learners will receive a certificate confirming their achievement.

On the launch of the Lift Clean Awareness Course UKAD athlete commissions member Ali Jawad commented, “Anti-doping is such a big part of sport. It can be complicated and confusing for athletes. However, with the Lift Clean course athletes have the perfect platform to increase their knowledge and feel more comfortable with the anti-doping process. It is key for athletes to understand their rights and responsibilities”.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Awareness Course has been designed to train and test your knowledge as well as support your understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity. Topics include The Equality Act, discrimination and employer responsibility. The course takes approximately 1 hour to complete, and all learners will receive a certificate confirming their achievement
