Annual General Meeting 2022

Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the British Weight Lifters’ Association (trading as British Weight Lifting) will be held at 19:00 on Thursday 27 October 2022.

Members will have a choice to attend either in person at the East Stand, Leeds United, Elland Road, Leeds, LS11 0ES or attend virtually by conference facility (the login details and confirmation of the process will be distributed to those wishing to attend nearer the date), to transact the business on the agenda below.

Please note that  there are no resolutions which require a vote, however we will encourage contributions and questions from all in attendance (virtual and physical).

To facilitate checking eligibility to attend, members wishing to attend are requested to inform the Chief Executive and provide their membership number by close of play 21 October 2021. Please email enquiries@britishweightlifting.org.

Upon conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, members are invited to attend an informal meeting with members of the Board and BWL staff and ask questions pertaining to the company’s affairs.
