2019 National Competition Dates Released!

British Weight Lifting are delighted to release the 2019 competition and event calendar along with the 2019 updated Technical Competition Rules and Regulations.

Key dates include the addition of a new competition The English Age Groups Championships which will be open to six ages groups between U10-U23 and will take place on February 23-24 at Venue 360, Luton.

The British University Championships take place between 13-14 April, with The British Senior Championships returning to the Ricoh Arena on 8-9 June, this will also be a British Olympic Qualification Championship and International Open.
