The Regional Open Series brings together weightlifters of all ages and experience levels for a season of accessible and competitive lifting. From U10 athletes taking their first steps onto the platform to Masters lifters continuing their competitive journey, these events provide opportunities to compete, gain experience and achieve qualification totals.

Across the series, athletes will compete for Best Lifter honours in three categories: Youth, Senior and Masters. Performances are assessed using the GAMX formula, ensuring fair competition across age groups and bodyweights.
