BWL programming is a strength and training programme that has been designed to help you improve your strength, technique, finishing positions and overall lifting performance.

This subscription-based training programme has been developed by leading weightlifting coaches and is available as both 5-day and 3-day training weeks.

What you can expect from a session:

  • Sessions last between an hour and 90 minutes
  • You will get a break-down of exercises, reps, intensity & the load you should be using
  • Extra tips & exercises depending on how you feel on a day-to-day basis
  • One-to-one programming and guidance from our coaching performance team

The BWL strength and training programme costs £40 per month. To register follow the instructions below to set up your monthly subscription:

British Weight Lifting Members

  1. Head to the BARS system by clicking here
  2. Click ‘I Have an Account with Sport:80’
  3. Click ‘Login’ and enter your login details
  4. Click the ‘Subscriptions’ option on your profile and then click 'Add Subscription' on the right side of the page
  5. Complete the short form and complete the checkout process

Non-Members

  1. Head to the BARS system by clicking here
  2. Click ‘I do not have a Sport:80 Account’
  3. Complete the short form and create an account
  4. Log in using your details and click the 'Subscriptions' option on your profile
  5. Click the 'Add Subscription' button on the right side of the page 
  6. Fill out the short form and complete the checkout process
